We don’t have any other information than the photo.

There are multiple ways to find this location.
I took the fastest one.

Search on Google: my taxi 6882122 and found a Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/groups/879392425455230/

So we know the city and the country. Now we must find the exact location.

We are lucky because the Street View coverage is very limited in the city:

So we have only some big streets to follow to find our location.

After some time moving around in the city, I found this tower which is also in the original photo:

It gives us a good idea from where we should search. In the original photo, the tower in seen on the left, meaning we are on its right.
